DIANNE KERR

Really great customer service stands out and is memorable!  You can recognize it by the extra effort put forth, the attention to detail, and how important you are made to feel.  That high standard of care is what Dianne always strives to deliver. 

Dianne has lived in Durham Region for more than 30 years.  After graduating U of T, she began her career in sales and marketing, travelling across North America negotiating contracts with retailers on behalf of household product manufacturers.  By being professional and prepared, by listening and finding solutions, Dianne earned their respect and trust. 

The Real Estate profession demands the same skill set and attention to detail and Dianne's transition into the Real Estate industry in 2017 was a natural one. 

The process starts with the Client Connection and learning what is important to them. 

Next comes the Market Research and Neighbourhood Analysis that enables clients to make informed decisions. 

If the clients are Selling, Dianne helps them prepare their home to be listed, so it shows its very best to the widest pool of potential buyers.  

If the clients are Buying, Dianne will search for homes that most closely match their criteria, show them those homes and based on their feedback, refine the search until the ideal property is found.  

Then it's time to Negotiate the Offer.  Dianne acts in the best interests of her clients and makes sure they understand all aspects of the Agreement.

Finally, once the deal has closed and the move has taken place, Dianne keeps in touch and makes sure their expectations have been met.

What a rewarding experience to be able to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives!  

Dianne is a high energy person!  A former fitness instructor, she works out regularly, enjoys hiking, is an enthusiastic golfer and an avid reader.
