If you are buying a home, I will:

• Listen to what makes an ideal home, in an ideal neighbourhood, for you and your family
• Update you on the current market conditions, what homes that match your criteria have recently sold for and what you can expect of the process when new matches are found
• Alert you to new listings and based on your feedback, refine the search until the ideal home is found
• Give you tips on how to strengthen your offer, then prepare and negotiate it
• Provide you with names of other professionals you may need (mortgage specialist, home inspector, lawyer, mover) to complete your home purchase
